Do you provide theorical solutions and then let the asset implement?

No, our goal is to understand the problem at its source. We analyse it, create an action plan including all participants and guide and support through implementation. We like to work on success fee’s as we believe in our strength is focusing on long term solutions.

What is the ideal time frame of a project?

It will depend on the project itself; we do asset management with multiple year contracts. Operational Improvement plans with three-to-six-month contracts. Or research and development documentation that can be provided in three to 4 weeks.

Are you available to travel beyond Spain?

Yes, we are multicultural, we have lived in the US, Mexico, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Dubai. We can provide our services anywhere and we can provide detailed reporting in English and Spanish.

We identify the problem, find the solution and implement together with the operation. We can also provide the beautiful presentation… but we prefer action.

We know every hotel or restaurant is completely different with it’s own set of challenges and opportunities. We also understand what it is to be an owner and the financial constraints. So we traditionally work on a lower fee with a large portion of our income becoming a success fee.

We take a Part Time Executive roll. The current operating climate of hotels and restaurants have made local teams almost run in runtime.
